Interest in subscribing to a movie ticket service in the U.S. 2022, by generation
During a survey carried out in the United States in August 2022, more than half (56 percent) of respondents part of Generations Z and Y said they were at least somewhat interested in paying 10 to 30 U.S. dollars a month to subscribe to a movie theater ticket service and see a set number of films in theaters. Among members of Generation X and baby boomers, the shares stood at 47 and 25 percent, respectively.
